  1. Wow. So much of that resonates with me. So much. In my personal life I’m being told by a male, (not a partner, lover or spouse I haven’t dated or whatever in over twenty years) that what I’ve done for him isn’t right, enough or good enough. The change being that as I’ve moved mountains and performed the odd miracle for this particular male, I’m just done. In fact I think this latest attack is in response to boundaries that I’ve established.
    Worse while reading, several women I know and love and the contortions they’re forced to came to mind and it made me simultaneously sad and feel my love for them. Being a woman in a misogynist patriarchy really is the ultimate catch 22 and double bind.
