He has two loans with our company. The first loan was written by my direct (female) boss over a year ago, the loan is secured with his truck as collateral.
The second loan was written by me. He had won an economy car in a card game and he wanted to borrow money on it. (I only write the loan that the male owner tells me to write, I don’t get to decide who gets money, how much, or the terms of the loan).
The loan on the economy car was for a few hundred dollars. In exchange, the loan was written using the car as collateral, with the loan also attached to the truck. (My state allows 2 liens on each vehicle, we had first and second lien on the truck, and first lien on the car).
When he wanted more money, on his first loan, the loan was rewritten to include the car as collateral, in addition to the truck.
He has 2 loans. We have both liens on each vehicle. Each loan carries both vehicles as collateral.
He defaults on 1 loan. We take both of his vehicles.
You can see where this is going.
Male owner, who decides all loan terms, including all liens and interest, is never in the office. That leaves me and my female boss to deal with a lot of angry people.
He is 30 days behind on his loans, he has been in the office twice, angry about how much money he owes, the interest rate, the fact that he has secured each loan with both vehicles.
He never sees the male owner.
He has never threatened us outright, but he yells, he intimidates, he accuses us of tricking him and/or falsifying his paperwork.
My female boss and I had a meeting yesterday with the male boss. I am not scared, but I am practical, and I made a point to tell the male boss that this particular client is threatening, that he needs to keep this in mind when he decides what action is taken.
He doesn’t treat me with disrespect. He only treats you with disrespect because you let him.
My dick dragging boss.
He only does what he does to women because we let him.

Like the former top tier male who spent a few years as the patriarch of the USA…
I better use some Tic Tacs just in case I start kissing her. You know I’m automatically attracted to beautiful—I just start kissing them. It’s like a magnet. Just kiss. I don’t even wait. And when you’re a star, they let you do it. You can do anything. Grab ’em by the pussy. You can do anything.[7]

Blaming women for what males choose to do is the first rule of misogyny…

…and this list keeps growing. (check the source link to see new #17.)
Patriarchy means he has all of the power and none of the responsibility, while women and girls have none of the power but all of the responsibility.
Like in this story that showed up on my YouTube feed yesterday, about a male obsessed with a married woman, he stalked her before breaking into her house and killing her, her husband and himself…

Notice this comment, just one of many sharing the sentiment that the woman murdered by an xy is at fault…

She made him do it.
She let him do it.
She asked for it.
All bullshit.
Males are the problem.

Yes the reluctance of women to speak up when they are the victims of XY predatory ways is not baseless. Every single time the blame is shifted wholly, or in part, on the woman. EVERY TIME. It doesn’t change. It is tiresome.

Oh no………. This “boss” of yours is really horrible…. I was just now thinking that it is good he doesn’t come to office too often, as he would eat all your food every day, and leave bio-hazard waste on your desk everyday (and you’d have to keep hearing nasty misogynist comments everyday) if he was regular to office. But now this!
Is it possible to call up the “boss” and ask the debtor to speak directly to him (“We can let you speak directly to the owner, sir.”), and keep the phone on speaker, of course, so you know what he says to him, and if he tells him, “you can pay 2 weeks later” or something, you can confirm that with him on the spot, and can let the debtor go and not get blamed for that?

Hey, sis!💙
Sometimes my female boss and I go get the vehicle, but because there are 2 of them, he made the decision to use a towing company that could grab both at one time.
The towing company couldn’t find the vehicles, they were being hidden. My female boss did find the client, tho, and I stayed on the phone while she was dealing with him.
He was a complete ass.
But his 50 year old ass went to his mother, who recruited his sister into paying the $500 it took to catch his payments up.
I dealt with his sister yesterday, she came in to settle this for the client.
Mom is mid 80s, sister is mid 50s.
His sister is lovely. I told her that I wouldn’t pay his shit, she agreed, but her mother was insistent. She essentially bailed out her brother because her mother had asked her to, and her mother couldn’t afford to do it herself.
My job is 85% watching women pay the debt of males. Always a woman to bail them out.
And we hide all of our snacks, now, lol. He is such a fat ass, too. He is a horrible human being and the only good thing about him is that he is almost never in the office.

XO sis! So glad that the mad manbaby will not show up atleast for now! (Sad that his sister had to pay for that from her pocket.. but well… atleast he is off your back..)
And, w.h.a.t…? *You* go to impound vehicles from brutal thugs who have nothing to lose???? Why doesn’t that boss send a male to handle that part?????? (And how does he expect you to drive a truck??) What if they pull out a weapon or manhandle you???
