  1. Well, I stopped by to see if anyone heard from Jayne —have been worried a bit myself—glad to see someone heard from her and all is well. I am missing that sarcastic laugh (cackle…)

        Oh, I thought I f’d up something after typing the recipe and lost it myself. I was cursing…#$%#Q#Q*%&$%#…HAAAAAA!

        Have you ever seen the art of Inge Look? She paints the Laughing Aunties (I think they’re called?) Your page reminds me of them, esp. with their cackling together. You have to check them out of you haven’t seen them. I think you’ll love them. My daughter turned me on to those over the holidays. The bourgeoisie usually dictate to us all what “art” we are supposed to like but somehow her paintings got through. My favorite is those two having a tea party under a table with clutter of books everywhere. They are such loving works of two old friends and no males to be found. There’s another great one with the aunties on the roof singing with the cats at the moon. They will make you smile.

    1. Thank you!!!! Glad to hear this!!! That as my first thought too (businesses are very busy during Christmas & NewYear, so probably she needed to put in extra shifts), but after some time, I started worrying. Thank you for letting us know!

  3. I’m hoping it is just that the snow & cold wave in SC caused a network outage (but for so long….?)
    Sometime back, Jayne’s device had failed and it took quite sometime for her to get back her account. I’m hoping it is something like that now too….

      4. Don’t want to sound stupid or paranoid, but I browsed through SC news sites & an FB page too now & then – in case, idk, areas were inundated by snow.. or anything serious.. I didn’t find any, but of course they are just online platforms & wont carry all the news..

No Jo, I don’t know anyone else outside the regular sisters here in this blog who might know her…..:( I’m worried too, especially bcoz of the manbaby with big connections which she mentioned in the last personal post… In fact, my stuck-in-moderation comment was asking if he went off and if she is safe…

        Over the weekend I was scouting FB for ppl who could possibly be near her, based on tiny bits of info gathered from her updates so far. Really glad to hear that she is fine!!!!!!!

  5. Hey Jayne, I know you must be very busy. I hope things are fine, and your colleague’s creepy ex went away after that raving & raging. Just checking. I’m about to post a comment in this odysee video. When you get a minute or two, can you just leave a “like” on it to show you are safe? (I can’t see the likes on wordpress – I don’t have an account, and I’ve script blockers on my browser. But I can see the “heart” in odysee, which only the channel owner can do). Take care, stay safe!!

        Glad to see you back! I know that the business places have stupid systems, and can exhaust their workers (the sincere ones, I mean) by piling unproductive paperwork & other “processes” on them. Things you would have got done in half a day if you were allowed to have your own way would take 2 weeks or more in some offices – thanks to stupid systems put in place by stupid men. It gets tiring, and you need any break that you can get. Take care!
